Fitness Classes Timetable
When attending a class for the 1st time please arrive 5 minutes
early. If you are unsure of what is involved for each fitness
class, please take a look at our details

If you have a Breeze Monthly, Direct
Debit or Annual Membership you can
also book Fitness Clases online. To book online you
require a login id and password, available from reception.
Non members are also able to book online, with
payment taken at time of booking. Your login id and password are
avaiable from reception.
To attend classes you need to be 16+ years old,
with the exception of circuit training which you can attend
from 14 years old
with parental supervision.

* From Monday 12 January - Monday
