- This class is sure to develop your cardiovascular
fitness & burn plenty of calories! The Indoor Cycling programme
incorporates flat & hills simulated by increasing the
resistance. Booking for this class is highly recommended.
AquaNatal – Pregnancy water exercise (Private
Aqua Zumba - Join the 'Pool Party' with this
water based workout - Zumba Style!

Abs Blast - A 30 minute early morning class to
tone and strengthen the stomach.
Booiaka Movement - Look no further if you
like to dance Hip-Hop, Street, Funk, Jamaican! Through layered
choreography delivered by a Booiaka trained Instructor, this cardio
dance class will get your heart pumping and your body toned.
Bums, Tums & Thighs - A class for all
fitness levels, targeting the problem areas!
Circuits - Multi Stationed group Circuits
class, designed to work on all the basic elements of fitness
(strength, stamina, flexibility) for all fitness levels.
Fitness Pilates - 90 minutes of Pilates with a
Hydro Fit/Aqua Fit/Water Aerobics - Challenging
and exciting workouts in the water!
Kettlercise - A mixture of dynamic and static
exercises that will tone and strengthen your body.
Kettleblast - A 30 minute early morning
Metafit - A fast and effective 30 minute
metabolic workout with a Metafit trained instructor.
Pilates - The slow controlled, flowing
movements primarily strengthen the core muscles that stabilise and
support the spine.
PumpFx - A non-impact, resistance training
programme, with the use of barbells & adjustable weights to
improve muscular strength and endurance.
We advise all participants to attend the pre class technique/set
up allocated time, 15 minutes prior to the start of each PumpFx
Tai Chi - Flow into well-being and rejuvenation
with this combination of movement and energy.
Yoga - integrating postures, breathing
exercises, relaxation and meditation to harmonise the body on every
Kids Yoga - Yoga for children is
especially helpful for developing focus, calmness and body
Yoga Self Practice - For experienced Yoga
enthusiasts looking to practice without the guidence of a trained
Yoga teacher (equipment is not provided)
Zumba Fitness - Achieve long term benefits
while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of
calorie burning dance fitness.
