In addition to the fitness suite we also have specialist treatment rooms and a fitness studio with daily fitness classes which are open to all and are free to members.
Exercise is one of the keys to physical and mental wellbeing. By following an appropriate personal programme you will improve your general health and make your heart work more effectively; exercise can even help you sleep better.
We have a comprehensive range of cardiovascular, resistance equipment and free weights. Combined with the excellent advice of our fitness advisors, who can provide you with an individual training programme or plan, you’ll have everything you need to reach your own personal goals.

Breeze Membership
We offer a range of Breeze memberships to suit your leisure activities. Full membership which includes the gym, classes and swims; swim membership, with or without pool classes, and Junior membership which includes swimming lessons.
Membership offers great value for regular users with unlimited access to public sessions and speeds up admission at reception. It is also valid at 14 leisure facilities across Cornwall.
