10 Mile Multi-Terrain Run taking place on Sunday 3 April 2016.
This is the 3rd race of the Cornwall Road Running Grand Prix Series for 2016 organised by Tempus Leisure in partnership with Carn Runners.
This year we are excited to be working with Helston based At Your Pace specialist running store and Hoka shoes. At Your Pace will be running a Hoka information day at their store on Saturday 2 April and Hoka will be giving runners the chance to try out their shoes.

Event HQ: The Old Cattle Market, Helston
Registration: 8.30am – 10am at Event HQ
Start: 10.30am
Pre-entry Closing Date: 23 March 2016
Route Details:
The route starts with Penrose Estate then across the beach, up past Chyvarloe Farm and back to Helston, past Culdrose to finish at Penrose Amenity Area. With the last mile and a half downhill, it’s a fast finish for the runners.
